A golf fitness program is designed to inspire, stimulate and educate the golfer in understanding that the golf swing is a synthesis of two components, namely swing mechanics and body strength/flexibility. The two elements, when combined properly, produce a smooth, efficient and powerful golf swing. Another benefit is the prevention of injury and the reduction of muscle stress commonly related to the golf swing.
A person's lack of physical activity and limited range of motion may be preventing the golfer from improving their swing mechanics. Regardless of age, a golfer's progress can be directly related to the combination of improved swing mechanics through instruction, and improved range of motion and flexibility through physical training.
From the young adult, to the mature adult, from the hi-handicap golfer to the lo-handicap golfer, all can benefit from a program that will be "GOOD FOR THEIR GAME ...and GOOD FOR THEIR HEALTH."
